Etta is currently in foster in Manchester, having been found on the roadside in Romania. She has adjusted very well to her new life and is now ready for adoption. She is clean in the house, sleeps through the night, and is gentle and patient. Etta is good with traffic, bikes and passers by etc and is learning to sit for treats. She doesn’t need loads of long walks – 30 minutes at a time will be fine for her little legs!
Etta is a confident, out-going girl – she loves going for walks and gets excited when she knows she’s going out. She is very sociable, friendly and enjoys meeting dogs and people. Most of all, she loves her cuddles and human attention. She adores being groomed and fussed.
Although she hasn’t been cat tested since arriving in the UK, she was fine with cats and children at the shelter. She hasn’t yet travelled in a car, but this can be arranged. She could live with respectful, dog-savvy children.
Etta is looking for a calm family home where someone is going to be around most of the day and can give her the love and care she deserves. She doesn’t want much – just a comfy bed, food and lots of cuddles!
Etta is currently in foster with Doodle, a seven-year-old male, and they could be homed as a pair or separately. Both dogs could live as only dog as long as they had plenty of human company and were not left for long periods. Please click on the adopt button and fill out our online enquiry form if you could give Etta her forever home.
